Supplier Pro is CMC's web application tool that supports CMC's defined supplier performance evaluation program. Supplier Pro provides a practical approach to managing supplier performance evaluations so that your company can focus more on developing real relationship with your suppliers. The application is an intuitive, Web-based application that takes supplier performance evaluations to new levels of effectiveness.

Because Supplier Pro is a Web application, users can access evaluation information from any computer or internet-ready device, at home or while traveling. There are no downloads or programs to install, and all information is securely stored on CMC servers.

Supplier Pro has been in use at JEA, the nation's fifth-largest municipal utility, since 2004. The City of Jacksonville recently implemented Supplier Pro for rating suppliers in all of its departments. In addition, Supplier Pro was implemented and tested during 2008 at a Fortune 500 company, with a successful "live" launch in 2009.

Features & Functions

Supplier Pro features two modules: an evaluator module and an administrator module. Each individual evaluator or approver can access his or her own queue of scorecards and the full features of the evaluator module.

Your supplier performance program administrator designates who can see the individual scorecards and can access the scorecard's of all users and can access the full range of administrative features.
